Tiësto Pulls decided not to perform at Super Bowl LVIII due to a family emergency. Recently he announced the news during breaks in the action. Earlier he scheduled to perform before the game in Las Vegas. Still, it is not known whether someone else will replace him or not. It will be the first such event in Super Bowl history.

Tiësto shared a statement, “Me and my team have been preparing something truly special for months, but a personal family emergency is forcing me to return home Sunday morning,” He also mentioned, “It was a tough decision to miss the game, but family always comes first. Thank you to the @NFL for the collaboration and looking forward to working with them to deliver something incredible together in the future !”

When the big game was announced Tiësto was excited about the event. Then he expressed his excitement, “I’m excited to be a part of the Super Bowl LVIII!” He also said, “And it’s even more incredible that it’s in my favorite place – Las Vegas.” In an interview, Tiësto expressed, “Two hundred million people watching? Yeah, that’s a bit of pressure. But I’m more excited than anything else. A lot of people who have never heard of Tiësto will know about me.”

The NFL started booking pregame DJs for the Super Bowl in 2019. At that time, DJ Khaled performed in Miami. Later D-Nice, Zedd, and DJ Snake performed the role. However, Tiësto was one of the handful of artists that made the championship game of the NFL more attractive. He has excellent capabilities for landing multiple residencies at venues. This Dutch artist has vast in-depth ideas about Las Vegas entertainment that helped him grab the attention of the audiences. However, Tiësto has performed in Brooklyn. But his performances may not proceed as scheduled.
