Recently there has been a rumor that Boyzone is going to buy a share of the famous football club Chorley FC. The news goes high when the musical group has decided to attend a Chorley FC football match.

Ronan Keating, Shane Lynch, and Keith Duffy enjoyed the match between Chorley FC and Solihull. Even former member Bryan McFadden has also joined the team on this occasion.

The Vanarama National League club’s chief operating officer, Tom Clarke shared a statement. In that statement, he mentioned, “This collaboration with Boyzone is part of ongoing discussions that could potentially see them becoming the face of Chorley FC,”

The statement also explained, “This is a game-changer that has the potential to bring our town into the limelight like never before, generating a buzz and publicity that will shine a bright light on Chorley.”

He also added, “We are bursting with excitement and gratitude for this incredible opportunity. Boyzone’s presence at the game will undoubtedly create an electric atmosphere, filled with music, joy, and a shared love for football and community.”

However, Owner Prince Yemoh expressed that he is interested in restoring the “buzz” around the club. Though club authority declined to deliver a final comment, it is confirmed that the attendance of the Irish boyband is part of the discussions.

Some recent trends like taking over the Wrexham AFC by Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney in 2020 indicate that celebrities are getting interest to buy share of the clubs. Some takeovers became the subject of the documentary.

Robbie Williams also declared that he is looking to buy a Port Vale football club in his hometown. He also mentioned that he likes to make a TV show about exciting experiences. So, the increasing demand in the club is making rumors stronger that the boyband is going to buy a share of this football club.
